Introduction

Welcome to the Korean Studies Initiative (KSI) at The Ohio State University!
KSI was established in Autumn 2005 under the East Asian Studies Center to bring the Korean studies-related components on campus together for active academic collaboration and outreach.

Mission:
KSI fosters new collaborative relationships between the educational, cultural, and governmental institutions of Ohio and Korea by bringing together faculty, students, and organizations. KSI provides opportunities for both the campus community and the general community to acquire background and expertise in the culture, language, history, and politics of Korea.
